Kefir Smoothie
This 3-ingredient berry kefir smoothie is packed with gut-healthy probiotics and ready in just 5 minutes. It's the perfect refreshing drink for breakfast or a mid-day snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Kefir organic, full fat, plain
- 1 cup mixed berries frozen
- ½ banana frozen
Instructions
- Blend all of the smoothie ingredients together in a high powered blender until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Kefir: I used plain organic full fat kefir, but feel free to use your favorite flavor for this smoothie.
- Fruit: If you don't have frozen mixed berries or a banana on hand feel free to use whatever frozen fruit you have!
- Want to add more protein? To make this smoothie more filling you can add a scoop of your favorite protein powder or nut butter before blending.
