Keto Alfredo Sauce

Creamy alfredo sauce low carb style! This is a delicious flavorful white sauce for zoodles, chicken or use as a dip!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese cut into pieces
  • ¾ cups Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ½ cup 1 stick unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • Salt and white pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan melt butter, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. Add in the heavy cream and cream cheese. 
  3. Slowly add parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until well incorporated.
  4. Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately with zucchini noodles or over broccoli and chicken.
