Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberry frozen
  • ½ cup raspberries frozen
  • ½ avocado haas
  • 1 ¾ cups unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • ¼ cup monk fruit powder or Swerve confectioners, aka allulose
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cut an avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop half into a blender.
  2. Add in the frozen berries. Add in the sweetener and vanilla extract.
  3. Lastly, pour in the almond/coconut milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve immediately while it’s cold, or chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • I use a blend of unsweetened almond milk and coconut milk in this smoothie.  If you prefer one or the other, rather than the blend, you can use the one you like.  Just be sure it's unsweetened.
  • If you don't have monk fruit/allulose on hand, you can use Swerve confectioners instead.
  • See the tips in the recipe post for ideas on changes and additions to consider.
