Ingredients

  • 6 lices Bacon
  • 4 cups broccoli diced into 1/4 inch pieces, florets
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup nuts chopped, of choice
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol powdered, or keto-friendly sweetener

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a pan over medium-high heat until crispy, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and keto-friendly sweetener in a small bowl to create the dressing.
  3. Combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, red onion, nuts, sunflower seeds, and prepared dressing in a large salad bowl, tossing well to coat.
  4. Serve the salad immediately or refrigerate, covered, to chill and meld flavors for up to 2 days.
