Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 ounces)
- 2 Tablespoons Keto Friendly Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons dill pickles (diced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Brown ground beef with the garlic and diced onions and the beef is no longer pink. Break up the beef as it cooks. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the cream cheese and drained can of diced tomatoes. Heat for a few minutes to melt the cream cheese and stir to thoroughly combine all the ingredients.
- Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the ketchup, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, diced pickles, salt and pepper.
- Stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a casserole dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake for 5-7 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes to set.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
- Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days. Reheat the leftovers in the microwave.
- You can make this recipe with ground chicken or ground turkey if you prefer but it does change the flavor slightly.
