Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add the almond milk, chia seeds, monk fruit sweetener and vanilla extract to a bowl.
  2. Whisk well to combine.
  3. Cover the pudding with plastic wrap or a lid, refrigerate for 8 hours, then give it a good stir and serve.
