Ingredients

  • 8 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 ½ pounds grilled chicken (or rotisserie) sliced
  • 6 slices uncured bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • ½ cup Blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 batch Keto Ranch Dressing

Instructions

  1. Wash, dry and tear or shred the romaine lettuce and add it to a bowl.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast on one side over the lettuce.
  3. Next, slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add them in the center of the bowl. Add the sliced avocado on either side of the bowl.
  4. Add the sliced eggs, bacon and finally the blue cheese crumbles. I added mine on either sides of the tomatoes. Top with a drizzle of the ranch dressing right before serving.
