Ingredients
- 8 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 ½ pounds grilled chicken (or rotisserie) sliced
- 6 slices uncured bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado sliced
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- ½ cup Blue cheese crumbles
- 1 batch Keto Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- Wash, dry and tear or shred the romaine lettuce and add it to a bowl.
- Add the sliced chicken breast on one side over the lettuce.
- Next, slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add them in the center of the bowl. Add the sliced avocado on either side of the bowl.
- Add the sliced eggs, bacon and finally the blue cheese crumbles. I added mine on either sides of the tomatoes. Top with a drizzle of the ranch dressing right before serving.
