Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened, package
  • 3 Tablespoon butter
  • 6 Tablespoon peanut butter all natural
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 Cup erythritol sweetener sugar substitute
  • 1/3 Cup chocolate chips sugar free

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips together with a hand mixer until they are all combined thoroughly.
  2. Then stir in the dark chocolate chips by hand until they are mixed in.
  3. Then use a cookie scoop to scoop them onto a cookie sheet and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  4. After this time, they are ready to enjoy. You can store in the a zip lock bag in the freezer until you are ready to enjoy them!
