Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened, package
- 3 Tablespoon butter
- 6 Tablespoon peanut butter all natural
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 Cup erythritol sweetener sugar substitute
- 1/3 Cup chocolate chips sugar free
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips together with a hand mixer until they are all combined thoroughly.
- Then stir in the dark chocolate chips by hand until they are mixed in.
- Then use a cookie scoop to scoop them onto a cookie sheet and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- After this time, they are ready to enjoy. You can store in the a zip lock bag in the freezer until you are ready to enjoy them!
