Keto Cranberry Vinaigrette
Plump, juicy cranberries made into Keto cranberry sauce take the spotlight in this sweet and tangy, sugar-free vinaigrette salad dressing.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup cranberry sauce keto
- ⅔ cup avocado oil or light olive oil
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 teaspoons Swerve Confectioners Sugar
- 2 teaspoons lime juice fresh
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Pinch salt
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the bowl of a mini chopper or immersion blender.
- Mix until everything is well combined and serve over your favorite salad.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for 5-6 days in an airtight jar.
