- ⅔ cup avocado oil or light olive oil
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 teaspoons Swerve confectioners
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Pinch of salt
