Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach and remove any tough stems.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
  4. Add the spinach to the pan and stir until it wilts.
  5. Add the heavy cream, salt, and pepper, and stir until the spinach is coated.
