Keto French Fries

Rutabaga comes in to save the day with these healthy Keto French Fries - the whole family will love them, and you won't be missing the carbs!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb rutabaga peeled
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 425°F and place an oven-safe cooling rack on a large baking sheet in the oven to preheat. You may need to use two baking sheets depending on the quantity of fries you are making.
  2. Slice the rutabaga into 1/4-inch thick strips and place in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat well. Sprinkle generously with salt.
  4. Place onto the cooling rack, making sure to leave room between each fry. You may need to use two baking sheets.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes, then flip each fry and bake another 10 to 15 minutes or until the fries are golden brown.
