Keto Hoagie Lunch Bowl
This easy lunch bowl combines all your favorite flavors from a Hoagie roll, but without any of the bread.
Ingredients
Bowl
- 4 ounces turkey chopped, cooked
- 4 ounces dry salami chopped, Italian
- 4 ounces Black Forest ham chopped, deli-sliced
- 4 ounces provolone cheese cubed
- 2 ounces cheddar cheese cubed, sharp
- 2 ounces spring mix lettuce shredded
- 2.5 ounces cherry tomato chopped
- 3.5 ounces cucumber cubed
- 1 ounce banana peppers chopped
- 0.25 red onion diced, medium
Sauce
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon basil dried
- 0.75 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep together all of the bowl ingredients and place them into a bowl. Set aside.
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients until thoroughly combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the bowl and sauce ingredients. Mix together well, then serve.
