Ingredients

  • 8 jalapeno pepper halved and seeded
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 lices Bacon halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
  5. Arrange the poppers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
