Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter unsalted and melted
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Mix together melted butter, egg, and salt.
- Add almond flour and mix until smooth.
- Then add in baking powder. Mix until combined.
- Microwave for 90 seconds, take the muffin out and insert a toothpick in the center. If it comes out clean the muffin is done. If not, microwave for 10 more seconds at a time.
- Invert the muffin into a wire rack and let the bottom air out. Serve and enjoy!
