Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter unsalted and melted
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix together melted butter, egg, and salt.
  2. Add almond flour and mix until smooth.
  3. Then add in baking powder. Mix until combined.
  4. Microwave for 90 seconds, take the muffin out and insert a toothpick in the center. If it comes out clean the muffin is done. If not, microwave for 10 more seconds at a time.
  5. Invert the muffin into a wire rack and let the bottom air out. Serve and enjoy!
