Keto Oven Baked Baby Back Ribs

Tender and juicy baby back ribs baked in the oven are fall off the bone delicious. Slathered with homemade sugar free BBQ sauce, this recipe hits a home run!

Ingredients

  • 1 slab baby back ribs 2-2 ½ pounds
  • ¼ cup Keto BBQ Spice Dry Rub
  • Keto friendly BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Remove the membrane from the back of your rack of ribs and discard. Take the dry rub mixture and rub all over the back, then front of the ribs.
  2. Place onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil that's been sprayed with nonstick spray.
  3. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake 300°F for 2 ½ hours on the center rack of your oven or until they are fork tender.
  4. Remove from the oven and brush BBQ sauce over the tops. Increase the temperature to 450°F and bake for 7-10 minutes or until the sauce begins to have a very slight char.
  5. Serve with more BBQ sauce on the side. Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for a few days or freeze.

Notes
