Keto Parmesan Garlic Chaffles - 3 Ways

- ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 whole egg beaten
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Turn on your Waffle Maker, (mine makes 4″ waffles) and start preparing the batter.
- Add in all the ingredients, except for the mozzarella cheese to a bowl and whisk. Add in the cheese and mix until well combined.
- Spray your waffle plates with nonstick spray (I used coconut oil) and add in half the batter to the center. Close the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on how crispy you want your Chaffles.
- To serve, there are a couple of options. One is to serve with a drizzle of olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley or basil.

Notes
- Italian Chaffle Sandwich
- Prepare the base recipe as noted above. Add your favor cold cuts, lettuce, tomato, whatever you like. I added ham, salami, lettuce and roasted red pepper.
- Chaffle Breadsticks
- Prepare the base recipe as noted above. Cut each chaffle into 4 sticks and serve with a side of Low Carb Marinara Sauce.
- Chaffle Bruschetta
- Prepare the base recipe as noted above. Mix together 3-4 cherry tomatoes, chopped, ½ teaspoon fresh basil chopped, splash of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Serve over the top of the chaffles as prepared above.
