Keto Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons no sugar added peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup monk fruit/allulose
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ice as needed

Instructions

  1. Pour the almond milk and heavy cream into a blender.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients except for the ice.
  3. Blend for about 2 minutes or until well combined. Add in the ice, as much as you prefer. Continue blending until completely smooth.
  4. Serve with a dollop of whip cream, a drizzle of peanut butter and a few chopped peanuts.

Notes

  • If you’d like to make this smoothie into a meal replacement, add in a scoop of low carb protein powder.
