Keto Pots de Crème (Dairy-Free)

Ingredients

  • 1 15-oz can full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 9-oz bag sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 2 scoops Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate
Optional:
  • 1 Tbsp sugar-free confectioners sugar
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp instant coffee granules
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all of the ingredients for the Keto Pots de Crème to a saucepan and heat over medium-low. Whisking constantly, heat the mixture just until the chocolate chips are melted and everything is well-combined.
  2. Pour mixture into 4 to 6 small bowls or ramekins.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator until completely set up, about 2 hours.
  4. Serve Keto Pots de Crème with whipped cream, fresh berries, and/or chocolate shavings.
