Keto Pumpkin Spice Bulletproof Coffee

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces of fresh brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon grass-fed butter
  • 2 teaspoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon MCT Oil Powder
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons  brown swerve
  • Stevia drops to taste
  • Optional: whip cream and ground cinnamon for the topping

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender safe for hot liquids and blend away!  You can also use an immersion blender if you'd like.
  2. Top with homemade whip cream and a dusting of ground cinnamon.
