Keto Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup dill pickles chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers chopped
- lemon juice and zest of 1
- 2 teaspoons dill chopped, fresh
- ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except the capers and pickles to a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Add in the capers and pickles and mix.
- It is as simple as that! It’s best to allow the sauce to sit in the fridge for at least one hour if you can, just to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
- Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for 5-7 days.
