Ingredients
- ½ cup liquid aminos
- ¼ cup sugar-free Keto honey
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 tablespoons brown monk fruit/allulose
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic grated
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup water
- ⅛ teaspoon xanthan gum
Instructions
- All add the ingredients except for the xanthan gum to a small mixing bowl.
- Whisk until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and simmer on low for 5 minutes, whisking often.
- Sprinkle in the xanthan gum while whisking and simmer for another 1 minute or until thickened. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
- Allow to cool at room temperature before storing in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.

- Makes a little over 1 cup, serving size just over 1 tablespoon.
- If you can't find mirin, you can substitute with rice wine vinegar instead.
