Ingredients

  • ½ cup liquid aminos
  • ¼ cup sugar-free Keto honey
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 2 tablespoons brown monk fruit/allulose
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic grated
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup water
  • ⅛ teaspoon xanthan gum

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. All add the ingredients except for the xanthan gum to a small mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and simmer on low for 5 minutes, whisking often.
  4. Sprinkle in the xanthan gum while whisking and simmer for another 1 minute or until thickened. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
  5. Allow to cool at room temperature before storing in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • Makes a little over 1 cup, serving size just over 1 tablespoon.
  • If you can't find mirin, you can substitute with rice wine vinegar instead.
