Ingredients

  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 2 cups low-moisture mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Pour the almond flour into a bowl, and mix the flour with oregano and salt.
  3. Melt the mozzarella cheese in a microwave for about 1 minute.
  4. Add the melted mozzarella to the bowl with the almond flour and stir until combined. Mix very well until the dough is smooth.
  5. Put dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out into a rectangle until the dough is about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Use a knife or pizza cutter and cut the dough out into small triangular shapes.
  7. Spread the keto chips on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, until the chips are golden and crispy.
