Ingredients

  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 8 tablespoons psyllium husks
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husks, and salt.
  2. Add vegetable oil and warm water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Let the dough rest for a minute, then knead gently and divide into 12 equal parts.
  4. Roll each part between two pieces of parchment paper into a thin tortilla shape.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook each tortilla for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden.
