Keto Tuna Salad
Simple creamy tuna salad for a light lunch or dinner. This is filling and satisfying. Also makes a great snack with celery sticks.

Ingredients
- 4 cans 5 oz tuna packed in water drained
- ¼ cup celery finely diced
- 2 tablespoons red onion finely minced
- 1 teaspoon flat-leaf parsley finely minced
- ½ - ¾ cup mayonnaise add a little at a time **see notes
- 1 teaspoon mustard dijon or stone ground
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain and flake tuna, add to large bowl
- Add celery, red onion, and parsley, stir to combine.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice and stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
