Keto Tzatziki
This Keto Tzatziki works as a dip, a gyro topping, or even a creamy salad dressing!
Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber seeded and finely grated, medium
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt full-fat
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
- 2 tablespoons dill chopped, fresh
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, fresh dill, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
