Keto Tzatziki Sauce
Keto Tzatziki Sauce is the low carb version of creamy Greek tzatziki sauce made with cucumbers and sour cream. It's the perfect addition to a veggie platter or a gryo bowl!
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups sour cream
- 1 medium cucumber grated and squeezed to drain
- 3 cloves garlic finely diced
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon dill finely minced, fresh
- 2 teaspoons salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir together.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. For best results let it chill overnight so the flavors have time to develop.
