Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 7 tablespoons butter melted, unsalted
  • 28 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup key lime juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 egg large yolks
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan, forming an even layer on the bottom and sides. Bake for 7 minutes, then cool.
  3. Lower oven temperature to 350°F. Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, Greek yogurt, and egg yolks. Pour into the cooled crust.
  4. Bake for 10-20 minutes until the pie is set on the edges with the center slightly jiggly. Allow to cool slightly, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  5. Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Decorate the chilled pie with the whipped cream and serve.
