Ingredients

  • ½ cup lemon 4-6 lemons, fresh-squeezed juice
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tablespoon lemon zest
  • 40 ounces pineapple juice chilled
  • 24 ounces Sprite chilled
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup key lime juice
  • vodka whipped
  • pineapple for serving, frozen chunks
  • lemon for garnish, slices
  • lime for garnish, slices

Instructions

  1. Add the lemon juice, sugar, and lemon zest to a small saucepan. Place over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved, stirring occasionally.
  2. Strain the lemon syrup into a large pitcher. Pour in the water, pineapple juice, Sprite, and key lime juice. Stir to combine.
  3. Add some frozen pineapple chunks to a glass (instead of ice) and pour in the lemonade. Garnish with lemon and lime slices if desired.
  4. For adults: Pour 1 to 1.5 ounces of whipped vodka into a cocktail glass and then fill with lemonade.
