Ingredients

  • Chilled champagne or sparkling wine
  • Crème de cassis or blackcurrant liqueur about 10 ml crème de cassis to 90-95 ml champagne
  • Berries to garnish

  1. Pour the crème de cassis or blackcurrant liqueur into champagne flutes.
  2. Top with chilled champagne or sparkling wine.
  3. Garnish with fresh berries and serve immediately.
