Ingredients

  • 1 - 16 ounce pkg. Dole Fruit and Veggie Blends Orange Medley or Dole Mandarin Sunshine Blend
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cups coconut milk Apple Juice, or Orange Juice (depending on how thick you like it)
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt optional
  •  
  • *1 Handful Baby Spinach optional
Toppings:
  • strawberries sliced
  • pineapple sliced
  • banana sliced
  • mangoes sliced
  • oranges sliced
  • kiwis sliced
  • berries
  • coconut flakes
  • granola

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In blender, mix Dole Fruit Blends and liquid of choice. Start with the smallest amount of liquid and build up until desired consistency. The smoothie bowl should be thicker than a smoothie so it can be eaten with a spoon.
  2. Add greek yogurt and spinach, if so desired. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into bowls and top with your favorite toppings.
