Ingredients
- 1 - 16 ounce pkg. Dole Fruit and Veggie Blends Orange Medley or Dole Mandarin Sunshine Blend
- 1 - 1 1/2 cups coconut milk Apple Juice, or Orange Juice (depending on how thick you like it)
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt optional
- *1 Handful Baby Spinach optional
Toppings:
- strawberries sliced
- pineapple sliced
- banana sliced
- mangoes sliced
- oranges sliced
- kiwis sliced
- berries
- coconut flakes
- granola
Instructions
- In blender, mix Dole Fruit Blends and liquid of choice. Start with the smallest amount of liquid and build up until desired consistency. The smoothie bowl should be thicker than a smoothie so it can be eaten with a spoon.
- Add greek yogurt and spinach, if so desired. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into bowls and top with your favorite toppings.
