Knedlíky s vajíčkem – Dumplings with Eggs

Ingredients
- 6 lices bread dumplings
- 3 medium eggs
- ⅓ tick unsalted butter
- salt
- green parsley to garnish
Instructions
- Cube 6 slices bread dumplings into 1-inch pieces.
- In a pan, melt ⅓ stick unsalted butter over medium heat. Throw in dumplings and fry until golden. Stir occasionally that the dumplings get a nice golden crust from all sides.
- Add 3 medium eggs, season with salt and gently stir in until creamy, do not overcook them. Set the pan aside and serve.
