Korean BBQ Chicken Pizza

Homemade Korean BBQ sauce is tossed with shredded chicken & topped with fresh mozzarella, cilantro, green & red onions in this scrumptious pizza recipe!

Ingredients

  • 13.8 oz can pizza dough
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cooked & shredded
  • ¾ cup Korean BBQ sauce divided - click link for recipe
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella thinly sliced
  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup fresh scallions chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss the chicken in ½ cup Korean BBQ sauce.
  3. Spread ¼ cup of Korean BBQ Sauce on the pizza dough.
  4. Top with the Korean BBQ chicken.
  5. Place the sliced mozzarella over the chicken, top with the red onion.
  6. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with the fresh cilantro and scallions.
