Kumquat Marmalade 金柑のママレード
Kumquat Marmalade is a citrus preserve made by simmering thinly sliced kumquats with sugar and water until thickened. The marmalade balances the tartness of kumquats with the sweetness of sugar, creating a textured spread that showcases the whole fruit including peel and pulp. This marmalade sets to a jam-like consistency suitable for toast, baking, or as a condiment.
