Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground lamb 85/15
- 1 egg
- 1/2 yellow onion grated
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp salt adjust to taste
- 1 tsp ground black pepper adjust to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. While it's preheating, combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Shape mixture into small ball shapes, about 1 tbsp in size. Arrange meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each one.
- Bake meatballs for about 15-20 minutes or until outside is nicely golden and fully cooked on the inside. Enjoy!
