Lamb Seasoning
This lamb seasoning, or lamb rub, can be used on all cuts of lamb from lamb chops to rack of lamb.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sea salt flaked
- 2 Tablespoons parsley dried
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons rosemary dried
- 1 Tablespoon sage ground
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon black pepper ground
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together using a whisk, then place into a sealed container.
- Store in the cupboard for up to 6 months.
- Use as spicing on all cuts of lamb.
