Ingredients

Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1/2 cups yogurt plain reduced fat
  • 1/2 cups cucumber chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley or mint or dill
  • 1 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Lamb Burgers
  • 1 pound lamb ground
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley chopped, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon thyme dried
  • 2 teaspoons onion dried minced
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 5 dinner rolls /slider buns

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix sauce ingredients, then set aside for flavors to blend.
  2. Mix the lamb with the herbs, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  3. Divide ground lamb into 5 sections and form into patties. Salt and pepper the patties, then grill until done.
  4. Serve on slider roll topped with sauce.
