Ingredients

  • 50 ml heavy whipping cream 36% milkfat
  • 50 ml whole milk
  • 3 tablespoon purple lavender syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine heavy cream, whole milk and lavender syrup in a tall mason jar.
  2. Use an electric handheld frother to froth the mixture, just until aerated and slightly foamy. Be careful not to overwhip.
