Ingredients
- 1 bag Earl Grey tea or 2 tsp of loose leaf tea
- ¼ tsp dried lavender
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp Lavender syrup or vanilla syrup, honey, or maple syrup
- ½ to ⅓ cup hot water
- ½ cup milk or more
Instructions
- In a heat-safe measuring cup or cup, steep the earl grey tea with the lavender buds. Let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes, depending on how strong you’d like the latte to be. Meanwhile, use a milk steamer to steam your milk. I use my trusty smeg.
- To a heat-safe cup, add the lavender syrup or sweetener of your choice along with the vanilla extract.
- Strain the tea into the cup. Add the milk.
- Top with foam and additional lavender buds if desired.
