Ingredients

  • 1 bag Earl Grey tea or 2 tsp of loose leaf tea
  • ¼ tsp dried lavender
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Lavender syrup or vanilla syrup, honey, or maple syrup
  • ½ to ⅓ cup hot water
  • ½ cup milk or more

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a heat-safe measuring cup or cup, steep the earl grey tea with the lavender buds. Let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes, depending on how strong you’d like the latte to be. Meanwhile, use a milk steamer to steam your milk. I use my trusty smeg.
  2. To a heat-safe cup, add the lavender syrup or sweetener of your choice along with the vanilla extract.
  3. Strain the tea into the cup. Add the milk.
  4. Top with foam and additional lavender buds if desired.
