Ingredients

  • 1 package chicken enchilada contains one filling sauce and 2 bags of finishing sauce, Kraft Recipe Makers Verde
  • 3 cup chicken cubed, cooked
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 9 corn tortilla
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Mexican Style Family, Kraft, four cheese blend
  • green onions
  • cilantro
  • salsa

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray casserole pan with cooking spray.
  3. Combine chicken with Filling Sauce from Recipe Makers kit.
  4. Put 1/2 of one packet of Finishing sauce on bottom of casserole pan.
  5. Top with 3 tortillas.
  6. Top with 1/2 of the chicken mix and half of the beans.
  7. Add 3 more tortillas.
  8. Pour the remaining 1/2 packet of finishing sauce on top.
  9. Repeat layers as in steps 4-8 with remaining ingredients, ending with a layer of tortillas.
  10. Top with cheese.
  11. Bake for 30 minutes, then let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
  12. Garnish with green onions, cilantro and salsa.
