Ingredients

  • 1 batch Easy Taco Meat
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce shredded
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 batch Easy Guacamole
  • ½ cup black olives sliced
  • ¼ cup Chipotle ranch dressing
  • Optional: fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Taco Meat according to the recipe and add it to the bottom of a 2 quart (9 inch) glass bowl in an even layer.
  2. While the taco meat is cooling, prepare the Easy Guacamole and once the meat has cooled, spread it over the top.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, add in the cream cheese, sour cream and Chipotle Ranch Dressing.
  4. Whip using a hand mixer until well combined. Spread it over the guacamole layer.
  5. Next, add the shredded lettuce and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Finally, top with the chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives and the (optional) cilantro.
  7. Serve with your favorite Keto Tortilla Chips or fresh veggies for dipping.
