Lebanese Air Fryer Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Shrimp (raw, peeled, deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon za'atar
  • pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat dry shrimp with a paper towel. In a medium bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, za'atar, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Toss the shrimp in the bowl to coat well.
  2. Air fry the shrimp at 400F for 7-8 minutes. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • We love wrapping this shrimp in pita with tahini sauce or serving with a big Lebanese fattoush salad!
