Lebanese Salad Pita Wraps with Hummus and Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients
Pita Wraps
- 4 large pita bread thin style for wrapping such as lavash
- 1 cup hummus (homemade or store-bought)
- 4 cups Middle Eastern Syrian Salad
Cucumber Yogurt Sauce
- 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
- 1 cup cucumber diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the cucumber yogurt sauce.
- To prepare pitas, spread two tablespoons of hummus in the center of the pita bread. Top with 1 cup of the prepared Middle Eastern Salad and drizzle with two tablespoons of the cucumber yogurt sauce. Wrap tightly then cut in half to serve.
