Ingredients

Pita Wraps
  • 4 large pitas (thin style for wrapping such as lavash)
  • 1 cup hummus (homemade or store-bought)
  • 4 cups Middle Eastern Syrian Salad
Cucumber Yogurt Sauce
  • 1 cup whole milk plain yogurt
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the cucumber yogurt sauce.
  2. To prepare pitas, spread two tablespoons of hummus in the center of the pita bread. Top with 1 cup of the prepared Middle Eastern Salad and drizzle with two tablespoons of the cucumber yogurt sauce. Wrap tightly then cut in half to serve.
