Leftover Chicken Tikka Masala

This recipe transforms leftover roast chicken into a rich Chicken Tikka Masala. It builds a thick tomato-based sauce with aromatic spices like turmeric, curry powder, and garam masala, infused with garlic, ginger, and chili for warmth. Greek yogurt adds creaminess, while fresh coriander or parsley on top brightens the dish. The combination creates a textured, warming curry ideal for using up cooked chicken and serving alongside basmati rice, naan, or pitta bread.
