Leftover Cranberry Sauce Parfait
Leftover cranberry sauce parfaits are the perfect use for leftover cranberry sauce from the holidays. An easy and healthy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla, non-fat
- 1 to 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce to taste (I love and recommend this recipe, leftover
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey to taste
- granola or cereal
Instructions
- In a parfait glass or bowl, layer half of the yogurt, a drizzle of honey, a few spoonfuls of cranberry sauce, then sprinkle with granola.
- Repeat with a second layer of yogurt, honey, and granola. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- TO STORE: Store leftover parfait covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- TO FREEZE: Cover tightly and freeze for up to 2 months. Let thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
