Leftover Roast Beef Wraps
A great way to use up leftover roast beef or deli or store bought. Leftover Roast Beef Wraps are easy and include a honey mustard mayo that is to die for!

Ingredients
- 1 cup roast beef, leftover or deli cut more or less to taste
- ⅛ cup onions, sliced or caramelized more or less to taste
- 1-2 leaves romaine lettuce
- 1 large tortilla
- 2-3 tablespoons cream cheese
- salt sprinkles, to taste
- pepper sprinkles, to taste
Honey Mustard Mayonaise
- ½ cup mayonaise
- 2-3 tablespoons mustard, any variety, any combination
- 2 tablespoons honey, more or less to taste
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine honey, mustard, lemon juice and mayonaise. Set aside.
- Prepare and clean your work surface.
- Lay your tortilla flat on your counter.
- Smear a thin layer of cream cheese all over your tortilla, up to 1 inch from the edge.
- Next, spread some honey mustard mayonaise on top of the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle on some onions and lay lettuce flat, on top of the onions, in the middle third of the tortilla.
- Place a portion of your leftover roast beef or deli sliced roast beef on top of the lettuce, again, in the middle of the tortilla.
- Fold up ends over top of the filling and roll up as tight as you can.
- Serve with extra Honey Mustard Mayonaise if desired and enjoy!
