Leftover Turkey Breast Sandwich
This particular Turkey Sandwich has been my favorite since I was a kid! All the best things about leftover holiday meals in one sandwich.
Ingredients
- 2 lices bread favorite
- 2 lices turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons stuffing leftover
- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce leftover
- gravy warmed
Instructions
- You can toast the bread, or not, whichever you prefer.
- Place turkey slices on bread.
- Spread cranberry sauce on to turkey.
- Top cranberry sauce with stuffing.
- Cover with 2nd slice of bread..
- Top with hot gravy if desired.
Notes
- The order you layer this sandwich is very important so that the bread doesn't get soggy and fall apart. The cranberry sauce must be in the middle of the turkey and stuffing.
- Toast bread, if you prefer.
- Make this sandwich with your favorite bread, white, wheat, rye, sourdough, multi-grain.
