Leftover Turkey Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 cups leftover stuffing
  • 3 cups leftover chopped turkey
  • 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup green bean casserole
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup leftover or canned turkey gravy, divided
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, for garnish as desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Spread half of the stuffing in the bottom of the baking dish. Top with the turkey.
  3. Top with 1/4 cup of the gravy.
  4. Spread the cranberry sauce and green bean casserole over the turkey.
  5. In a larger bowl, stir together the remaining gravy and mashed potatoes. Spread in the casserole.
  6. Spread the rest of the stuffing over the mashed potatoes.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until heated through. Top with dried cranberries before serving.
