- 1 cup (250 grams) plain Greek yogurt
- Zest from 1 lemon plus more for garnish
- 1 1/2 tablespoons (22 milliliters) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 milliliters) honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (100 grams) granola
- 1/2 cup (80 grams) fresh blueberries
- fresh mint for garnish, optional
Instructions
